Palm Club West Village II Homeowners Association, Inc.

Welcome to the website for the Palm Club West Village II Homeowners Association. �
Palm Club West Village II is a Planned Unit Development, or PUD for short. [what's a PUD?] Our development is centrally located in West Palm Beach, Florida and consists of 161 single family homes separated into four sections. Many common areas and lakes exist throughout the community. A swimming pool, spa, tennis court and BBQ grills are available for the enjoyment of our residents and their guests. Palm Club West is only minutes from elementary, middle and senior high schools. Shopping is located close by and�public transit is readily available. From our community you can easily drive to the ocean beaches, numerous golf courses, the Everglades, and Palm Beach International Airport.
Palm Club West Village II was incorporated as a Florida Homeowners Association in May of 1985. It is governed by the organizing documents which include: Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Declaration of Restrictions and Architectural Guidelines. In addition, it is subject to the provisions of Chapters 617 and 720 of the Florida Statutes and various Palm Beach County ordinances. All new residents (homeowners and renters) are required to complete an application for residency. This application is intended to ensure that all residents comply with certain eligibility requirements and provide a process whereby each resident is informed of the rules and regulations governing our community. It is important that all residents understand that these rules and regulations exist for their benefit. These benefits include: 1) maintaining a uniform housing appearance, 2) properly maintaining lawns and landscaping, 3) protecting property values and, 4) providing a peaceful lifestyle for all residents.
The Board of Directors consists of up to seven members elected by the homeowners at the annual election in March. You are invited to actively participate in the operation and governance of the association by seeking election to the Board or participating in one of several committees. �These committees may include: Finance, Security, Architectural Control, Violations, Welcome/Screening.

Once again I would like to welcome you as a member of our community. Please carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages before you consider living within our development. You will give up some of your personal rights when you choose to live in a planned unit development but you will also have the comfort of knowing that your neighborhood will be maintained in a consistent, clean and peaceful manner. � Welcome to Palm Club West Village II!
