New Office Phone Number and Hours
Our onsite management office telephone number has changed.    Our new number is 561.868.2404 and our onsite office hours are:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM.  Please make a note of these changes for future reference.

It's summer year round in South Florida and what better way to celebrate special occasions than with a pool party! 
Did you know that our Community pool and spa are available for special events?   Make sure you reserve your slot early as prior approval and a refundable security deposit is required.  Click on the Recreational Facilities link or here to view a list of approved pool parties. The list is updated weekly.  While you're at it, be sure to download a Pool Party Approval Request form in the Documents and Forms section.  You'll need it to get your pool party on the approved list!

Attend a Board Meeting!
Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Lakeside Green Community Clubhouse on Willow Pond Lane.  Official notice of meetings is posted at the community pool bulletin board.   In addition, signs are posted at the entrance of each of our streets the day prior to each regular meeting. 
The Board welcomes all residents to attend the meetings.  If you would like to have the Board consider a topic for discussion, please send your comments to the Community Manager

~ Important Information ~
Residents and the Board have noted a significant increase in the incidences of cars parked on common area grass and, in some cases, private lawns.  Please be advised that pursuant to the posted rules of the Association, parking on the grass areas (both common areas and private lawns) is not permitted.  This includes cars that are parked with two wheels on the common area swales.
Please notify your guests that our community manager and our security patrol company have been instructed to issue warning notices for violations of this rule, as well as, parking on any streets of the Community between the hours of 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM daily.  Our security company has been instructed to tow vehicles at the owner's expense  for repeat violations.   The Association intends to enforce these rules vigorously both for the appearance of our community as well as preservation of Association-maintained sprinkler heads located at the perimeter of common area swales and at the street edge of private lawns.

Please remember the following Association rules regarding garbage and trash pickup:
Garbage cans and trash bags may be placed curbside after 5:00 PM on the night before pickup (Mondays and Thursdays after 5:00 PM).
Garbage cans must be retrieved from the streets by 8:00 PM on pickup days (Tuesdays and Fridays). Cans left curbside after 7:00 AM on the morning after pick up are subject to disposal by the Community Manager. If your schedule will not accommodate these times, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with a neighbor to place or retrieve your garbage cans.
Vegetation (yard) waste may be placed at the curbside on Thursdays after 5:00 PM. Yard waste must be kept out of sight behind your fence or in garages until that time.
Please clean up any debris remaining after pickup. We do not have street cleaning service so each homeowner must sweep up any debris left behind after trash pick up.
Our management company has been advised to enforce these rules. First violations will result in a door hanger warning, courtesy phone call or email notification, however, formal violation notices will be issued for repeat offenses.
