Please note that the Association requires that owners and residents submit a request for approval before scheduling any parties at the recreational facilities.  The purpose of this process is to ensure that multiple parties are not scheduled for the same date or timeframe so that other residents have access and use of the facilities; the appropriate clean-up and damage deposit is made; and that parties will not exceed a safe level of occupancy for the facility.  Please allow at least 10 days for your request to be received and approved before sending out your invitations.
 
The rules listed below were adopted by the Board of Directors in accordance with the authority granted by the declaration of Restrictions and By-Laws that govern this community. These rules apply to all owners, guests, service employees, agents, tenants, and other persons on the property governed by the Palm Club West Village II Homeowners Association, Inc. (Association). The Association has the authority to enforce these rules in accordance with the governing documents of the Association, which includes suspending the right to use the recreational facilities and/or the levying of fines.
 
 
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES RULES AND REGULATIONS
 
 
Recreational facilities are for the exclusive use of residents of Palm Club West Village II, authorized individuals from Palm Club III and the guests of residents and authorized individuals from Palm Club III.
 
1.   The recreational facilities must be kept locked at all times. For security purposes, any individual without a recreational facilities key will not be permitted into the recreational facilities.
 
2.    All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at least 18 years of age and present at all times while inside the fenced area of the pool.
 
3.    Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. are prohibited inside the pool area at all times.
 
4.    Use of life saving equipment, positioned around the pool, for recreational or personal use is strictly prohibited.
 
5.    The hours of pool and spa operation are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM March 1 through November 30 and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM December 1 through February 28. Violators may be prosecuted for trespassing.
 
6.    Guests must be accompanied by a resident of Palm Club West Village II or authorized individuals from Palm Club III, when using the recreational facilities.
 
7.    Residents, authorized individuals and their guests must strictly observe the posted and/or recorded Rules and Regulations of the Association. All individuals are prohibited from engaging in conduct that is objectionable to other residents.
 
8.    Residents, authorized individuals and their guests are prohibited from misusing, abusing or in any way destroying association property.
 
9.   Upon the request of a Board Member or other agent of the Association, residents and authorized individuals must present their recreational facilities key for identification.
 
10. Residents, authorized individuals and their guests violating posted and/or recorded Rules and Regulations of the Association must surrender their recreational facilities key and/or leave the recreational facilities and common facilities, if requested by a Board Member or other agent of the Association.
 
11. Only one recreational facilities key will be issued to each household at Palm Club West Village II. A tenant or roommate of a homeowner at Palm Club West Village II will only receive a recreational facilities key with a Rental Certificate from the Association. Residents of Palm Club III will only be issued a key upon payment of the annual fee for use of the recreational facilities at Palm Club West Village II. Residents of Palm Club III that have paid the annual fee for use of the recreational facilities of the Association and tenants or roommates of a homeowners at Palm Club West Village II, that have received a recreational facilities key with an Association Rental certificate are considered authorized individuals herein.
 
12.  Residents and authorized individuals are prohibited from loaning or allowing anyone to use their numbered recreational facilities key. 
 
13. Violations of the posted and/or recorded Rules and Regulations of the Association by residents, their tenants and guests, can result in the suspension of the voting rights of the resident and the right to use the recreational facilities and common facilities for 60 days.

NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY.  SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
 
NO DIVING ALLOWED
 
MAXIMUM BATHING LOAD IS 38 PERSONS
            
CHILDREN LESS THAN 13 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED & SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT.
 
PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL AND AFTER EACH APPLICATION OF OIL OR LOTION.
 
NO ROLLER SKATES, ROLLER BLADES, SKATEBOARDS, BICYCLES, ETC. ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE FENCED POOL AREA.
 
NO RAFTS, BOOGIE BOARDS, SURFBOARDS, ETC. ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL
 
NO LOUD MUSIC OR OTHER NOISE DISTURBING TO OTHER POOL USERS OR NEARBY RESIDENCES IS ALLOWED.
 
NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE FENCED POOL AREA.
 
USE OF GAS AND CHARCOL GRILLS WITHIN THE FENCED POOL AREA, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
 
GROUPS OF MORE THAN FOUR (4), PER OWNERS KEY, MUST APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE A POOL PARTY PERMIT.
 
NO GLASS BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE FENCED POOL AREA.
 
NO ROUGHHOUSING OR RUNNING AROUND THE POOL DECK
 
NO CHAIRS OR OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS ARE PERMITTED WITHIN FIVE (5)FEET OF THE SPA, CHILDRENS POOL OR MAIN POOL.
 
LOUNGE CHAIRS ARE FOR USE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. IF YOU USE OILS OR LOTIONS PLEASE PLACE A TOWEL OVER THE CHAIR FIRST

The following is a list of approved reservations for use of the Association Pool and Recreational Facilities for private parties:

Notice:  All authorized residents will have access to the pool facilities during the time of the party.  A pool party reservation DOES NOT provide an exclusive right of use of the facilities and the party organizers and guests must not interfere in the right of other, authorized residents' use of the facilities.   All users are advised that activities occurring at the pool facilities are video recorded for later use by management and/or law enforcement, as appropriate.
